The efforts of the MŠK Žilina management aim a tone priority: improve attendance of spectators at the stadium. Obviously, the foremost objectives are football, the game and performance of the players on the fields, but the environment attended by the spectators is also important.
The west, north, and south tribunes of the MŠK stadium have undergone vast modernisation; east tribune renovation is in contemplation. The stadium is intended to become one of the best in Slovakia. Its capacity and good infrastructure will contribute to decent conditions for development of football in Žilina.

West Tribune - seats 3345

In 2006, the west tribune underwent the most extensive renovation: it was provided with a new roof and additional seats thanks to extension of the tribune down to the pitch. Pillars that used to support the old roof were removed so there is nothing that obstructs the view from any place in the tribune now. It was also extended width wise towards the north tribune and thus sector E has been added to the existing ones - A, B, C, and D. New places for the press, TV cameras and VIP loges were created; the top level of the tribune accommodates business boxes with modern infrastructure. The aim was to make of the west tribune the evidently principal one offering the best places and prime services. The renovation allowed for creation of new premises inside the west tribune serving as offices of the club and some premises to rent. The capacity of the west tribune is 3345 seats including 72 seats in business boxes, 128 VIP seats and 90 for press.

North Tribune – River Váh side - seats 2 288

The tribune on the River Váh side has been renovated, too. It has been covered with a roof, extended and its capacity was increased by 1516 new seats.
The capacity of the north tribune is 2288 seats.

South Tribune – railway side

Even the south tribune has been renovated. It is a mirrored copy of the north one; it includes a sector for host team fans (sector D) with a separate cash desk. The capacity of the south tribune is 2148 seats. In the corner between the south and west tribune is a state-of-the-art large screen with synoptic chronometer. The screen serves for projection of matches, screening all match data, and advertising.

East Tribune

Renovation of the tribune started in 2008. Its future capacity will be 3400 seats.
