MŠK Žilina a.s. was established upon the Foundation Agreement of a joint-stock company without call for stag under provisions of art. 163 and 172 and following of the Commercial Code on 25th May 2004, and it was incorporated in the Commercial Register of the district court Žilina on 1st June 2004.

The company’s principal activity is the participation of the A men team in the top national football competition and youth teams in the higher national competitions. Further business activities include organizing of sports competitions and events, rental of sports facilities, rental of machinery and devices, real estate rental, financial leasing, business consultancy, advertising and promoting activities, commercial activities in the scope of liberal professions.
